This Privacy Policy explains how Kloset (“we”, “us”), operated by Nut Chukamphaeng, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Kloset mobile app. We comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). By using Kloset you agree to this policy.
1Who we are
The data controller is Nut Chukamphaeng (the “Kloset” team). For any privacy request, contact nutorbitx@gmail.com.
2Data we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile photo, via our authentication provider.
- Wardrobe photos & images — photos you take or upload of your clothing, and AI-generated images of your garments and outfits.
- Try-on photos (optional) — if you use virtual try-on, photos of yourself you choose to provide.
- Body measurements (optional) — measurements you enter to improve fit and styling.
- Style preferences & activity — closets, outfits, saved items, items you mark as worn, follows, posts, and shopping interactions.
- Usage & diagnostics — pseudonymous in-app events (screens viewed, features used), app version, device model, and OS version, used to improve the product and measure cost. Tied to your account ID, not to advertising identifiers.
- Optional context — approximate location (only to show local weather in the Morning Brief) and calendar access (only to suggest outfits), each used only if you grant permission.
3How we use your data
- To provide the core service: scanning, tagging, styling, try-on, feed, and shopping.
- To personalize recommendations from your own wardrobe.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the app, and to understand and manage our costs.
- To communicate with you about the service and respond to support requests.
4Legal basis (PDPA)
We rely on: your consent (e.g., camera, photos, location, calendar, and processing of sensitive data such as body images/measurements); performance of a contract (providing the app you signed up for); and our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, and product improvement), balanced against your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 8).
5AI processing
To extract garments, generate canonical images, create outfits, and power the stylist, your photos and text are sent to and processed by Google’s Gemini API. Google processes this data as our service provider to return results to you. We do not permit it to be used to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.
6Sharing & service providers
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for cross-app advertising. We share data only with providers that help us run Kloset, under contract:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage of your photos and data.
- Google — Google Sign-In and Gemini AI processing.
- Fly.io — hosting our backend API.
- Apple — app distribution and TestFlight beta testing.
- Product-analytics provider — to understand aggregate, pseudonymous usage (no advertising identifiers).
We may also disclose data if required by law.
7International transfers
Some providers process data on servers outside Thailand. Where we transfer your data internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPA.
8Your rights
Under the PDPA you may: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To exercise any right, email nutorbitx@gmail.com. You can also delete your account and associated data from within the app.
9Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
10Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and per-user data isolation. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
11No tracking & advertising
Kloset does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and does not show third-party ads. Our analytics are first-party and pseudonymous.
12Children
Kloset is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Where required by Thai law, users under 20 may need parental or guardian consent; if you believe a child has provided data without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

4ฐานทางกฎหมาย (PDPA)
เราอาศัย: ความยินยอม ของคุณ (เช่น กล้อง รูปภาพ ตำแหน่ง ปฏิทิน และการประมวลผลข้อมูลอ่อนไหว เช่น รูปร่างกาย/ขนาดตัว); การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา (การให้บริการแอปที่คุณสมัคร); และ ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย (ความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการทุจริต และพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์) คุณถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ (ข้อ 8)
5การประมวลผลด้วย AI
เพื่อแยกเสื้อผ้า สร้างรูปสินค้า สร้างลุค และให้บริการสไตลิสต์ รูปและข้อความของคุณจะถูกส่งไปประมวลผลโดย Gemini API ของ Google ในฐานะผู้ให้บริการของเรา เพื่อส่งผลลัพธ์กลับมาให้คุณ เราไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปฝึกโมเดลของบุคคลที่สามเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น
6การเปิดเผยและผู้ให้บริการ
เรา ไม่ ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ ไม่ ใช้เพื่อโฆษณาข้ามแอป เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลเฉพาะกับผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยให้ Kloset ทำงานได้ ภายใต้สัญญา:
- Supabase — ยืนยันตัวตน ฐานข้อมูล และจัดเก็บรูปและข้อมูลอย่างปลอดภัย
- Google — Google Sign-In และการประมวลผล AI ด้วย Gemini
- Fly.io — โฮสต์ระบบหลังบ้าน
- Apple — การจัดจำหน่ายแอปและทดสอบผ่าน TestFlight

7การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เมื่อมีการโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ เราจะดำเนินมาตรการให้มีการคุ้มครองที่เพียงพอตาม PDPA
8สิทธิของคุณ
ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ: เข้าถึงข้อมูล แก้ไข ลบ จำกัดหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล ถอนความยินยอม ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล และร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) ใช้สิทธิได้ที่ nutorbitx@gmail.com หรือลบบัญชีและข้อมูลได้ในแอป
9ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบที่บัญชียังใช้งาน เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลเป็นนิรนามภายในระยะเวลาอันสมควร เว้นแต่ต้องเก็บบางส่วนตามกฎหมาย
10ความปลอดภัย
เราคุ้มครองข้อมูลด้วยการเข้ารหัสระหว่างส่ง การควบคุมการเข้าถึง และการแยกข้อมูลรายผู้ใช้ ไม่มีวิธีใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ แต่เรามุ่งมั่นปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณ
11ไม่มีการติดตามและโฆษณา
Kloset ไม่ ติดตามคุณข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทอื่น ไม่ ใช้ตัวระบุเพื่อการโฆษณา (IDFA) และ ไม่ แสดงโฆษณาบุคคลที่สาม การวิเคราะห์ของเราเป็นแบบ first-party และนิรนาม
12ผู้เยาว์
Kloset เหมาะสำหรับผู้ใช้อายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีโดยเจตนา หากกฎหมายไทยกำหนด ผู้ใช้อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีอาจต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง หากพบว่ามีเด็กให้ข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม โปรดติดต่อเราเพื่อลบ
13การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ โดยจะแก้วันที่ “ปรับปรุงล่าสุด” และแจ้งในแอปหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ
