These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kloset ("we", "us"), operated by Nut Chukamphaeng, for the Kloset mobile app and getklooset.com. By creating an account or using Kloset you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1Who can use Kloset

You must be at least 13 years old. Under Thai law, users under 20 may need parental or guardian consent for certain data processing. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

2Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, posts, comments, and other content you add to Kloset. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process (including with the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy), display, and distribute that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the service. You can delete your content or your whole account at any time; deleted content is removed from the service and purged from backups within a reasonable period.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload photos of other people for virtual try-on without their consent.

3Community rules

Kloset has a social feed. To keep it safe, you agree not to post content that is:

  • sexually explicit, or nudity;
  • harassment, hate speech, or threats against any person or group;
  • spam, scams, or misleading commercial content;
  • impersonation of another person or brand;
  • infringing someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
  • illegal under Thai law or the law of your country.

Reporting and moderation. You can report any post or comment in-app, and block any user. We review reports and remove violating content and, where warranted, suspend or terminate the accounts responsible — normally within 24 hours of a report. You can also report content by emailing nutorbitx@gmail.com with the subject "Report".

4AI-generated content

Kloset uses AI to extract garments from photos, generate product-style images of your clothes, build outfits, and render virtual try-on images. AI output is synthetic and may be inaccurate — colors, fit, and details can differ from the real garment. Try-on images are illustrations, not photographs of you wearing the item. Do not use AI features to create misleading or harmful imagery of any person.

5Shopping

Shop listings and "shop the look" links may point to third-party sellers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the seller: prices, availability, and fulfilment are the seller's responsibility, and your purchase contract is with them.

6Our rights

The Kloset app, brand, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. We may use feedback you send us without obligation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may modify or discontinue features as the service evolves.

7Disclaimers and liability

Kloset is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

8Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

9Changes

We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Kloset after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2คอนเทนต์ของคุณ

3กติกาชุมชน

  • แอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่นหรือแบรนด์อื่น
  • ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า หรือความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น
  • ผิดกฎหมายไทยหรือกฎหมายของประเทศคุณ

การรายงานและการดูแล คุณสามารถรายงานโพสต์หรือคอมเมนต์ในแอป และบล็อกผู้ใช้คนใดก็ได้ เราตรวจสอบรายงานและลบคอนเทนต์ที่ผิดกติกา รวมถึงระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยปกติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับรายงาน หรือรายงานทางอีเมล nutorbitx@gmail.com หัวข้อ "Report"

4คอนเทนต์ที่สร้างโดย AI

Kloset ใช้ AI แยกเสื้อผ้าจากรูป สร้างรูปสินค้าจากเสื้อผ้าของคุณ จัดลุค และสร้างภาพลองเสื้อเสมือน ผลลัพธ์จาก AI เป็นภาพสังเคราะห์และอาจไม่ตรงกับความจริง — สี ทรง และรายละเอียดอาจต่างจากเสื้อผ้าจริง ภาพลองเสื้อเป็นภาพประกอบ ไม่ใช่ภาพถ่ายจริงของคุณ ห้ามใช้ฟีเจอร์ AI สร้างภาพที่ทำให้เข้าใจผิดหรือเป็นอันตรายต่อบุคคลใด

5การช้อปปิ้ง

รายการสินค้าและลิงก์ "ช้อปทั้งลุค" อาจนำไปยังผู้ขายบุคคลที่สาม เว้นแต่ระบุไว้ชัดเจน เราไม่ใช่ผู้ขาย ราคา สต็อก และการจัดส่งเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ขาย และสัญญาซื้อขายเกิดขึ้นระหว่างคุณกับผู้ขาย

6สิทธิของเรา

8กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย และข้อพิพาทอยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาลไทย

9การเปลี่ยนแปลง

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยจะแก้วันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด" และแจ้งในแอปหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ การใช้งานต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผลถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับปรับปรุง
